Free seminars for Colorectal Cancer Awareness in Edinburg

EDINBURG, TEXAS -- A free community health education seminar will spotlight March as National Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month.

The Community Health Education Series is a free program for patients, families and caregivers.

It is sponsored by Doctors Hospital at Renaissance.

Dr. Rafael Amaro, a gastroenterologist, will be the guest speaker for the seminar, "How to Prevent Colorectal Cancer."

The free seminars will take place on March 11, 2009, at 6:00 p.m. at the Rehab Center at Doctors Hospital at Renaissance in the Multi Purpose Room, located at 5403 Doctor's Drive.

The Rehab Center at Renaissance is located behind the main hospital.
