MCALLEN, TEXAS -- McAllen city leaders will host a Sister City Official Signing Ceremony with Ciudad Victoria, Mexico on Friday.
The ceremony is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. at the McAllen City Hall in the City Commission chambers.
The public is invited to attend.
Mayors from both cities will preside over the ceremony.
Ciudad Victoria is bringing a delegation of about 30 people.
At 6 p.m. Thursday, the Ciudad Victoria delegation will attend the McAllen Chamber of Commerce International Food Festival at the McAllen Convention Center to kick off their official visit.
