Fatal Pharr motorcyle wreck remains under investigation

A tragic accident remains under investigation this morning in Pharr.

Authorities identified Itilia Lopez as the woman killed in a Wednesday night motorcylce accident.

Invstigators told Action 4 News that Lopez was heading westbound on Nolana Avenue when she collided with a car that was attempting to make a left turn.

Lopez was pronounced dead at the scene while the driver of the vehicle John Gilman and his wife Elsie were transported to the McAllen Medical Center.
