Action 4 News at Noon got a visit from a special visitor on Thursday

Charlie Abrego with the Gladys Porter Zoo brought a sea urchin to the studio.

Sea urchins are common creatures in the world's oceans.

They can be found on the jetties at South Padre Island and Boca Chica Beach.

Animals from the Gladys Porter Zoo are featured every Thursday during Action 4 News at Noon.

The Gladys Porter Zoo is located at 500 Ringgold Street in Brownsville.
