Genyva Salas said she and other employees at Logos Etc in McAllen have not been paid in two months.
A McAllen woman issued a Call 4 Action in hopes of getting her paycheck in time for Christmas.
Genyva Salas said she and several employees from Logos Etc have worked the last couple months without getting paid.
Salas said she and the other employees now have no money to pay the bills or to buy Christmas gifts.
The McAllen woman said she worked as a sales representative for the company.
Salas said she received a text message from her former boss saying he's trying to get their money but nothing ever happened.
"The owner of this business or major shareholder of this business has another business where his employees are getting paid and why shouldn't we get paid," Salas said. "We have to worry about how we're going to provide food for our children, how we're going to buy christmas gifts for our children."
Action 4 News spoke with the owners. They did not want to go on camera but cited financial problems as the reason for not paying employees.
