A teen is scheduled to be arraigned on Monday for an alleged double murder that took place in McAllen over the weekend.
Rogelio Martinez, Jr. faces two counts of capital murder.
The 17-year-old is accused of fatally stabbing 70-year-old Guillermo David Guerra and 35-year-old Dahlia Flores.
The bodies of Guerra and Flores were found Saturday morning when McAllen firefighters were sent to a fire at 1921 S. 8th Street.
Martinez's arraignment is scheduled for 2 p.m. Monday.
