Child rape suspect back in Valley

A Minnesota man accused in a Rio Grande City child rape case is back on Rio Grande Valley soil.

Authorities arrested Ricardo Garza in Minnesota based on an aggavated sexual assault of a child charge from Starr County.

The Minnesota man fought extradition but ordered to return to Texas.

Garza landed at McAllen's Miller International Airport on Thursday night.

Action 4 News spoke with Garza.

He denies the charges.
