Teen arraigned for teacher's murder

Francisco Emmanuel Dominguez

A 17-year-old boy faced a judge for the death of a Harlingen High School South teacher.

Francisco Emmanuel Dominguez is charged with the capital murder of drama teacher John Farr.

Dominguez appeared before Judge Leonel Alejandro with the 357th state District Court for an arraignment on Wednesday morning.
