The Texas Education Agency (TEA) is taking over the Edcouch-Elsa Independent School District's finances.

Action 4 News and KGBT4.COM have posted a full and unedited copy of the letter from TEA to Edcouch-Elsa ISD.

 

Superintendent Mike Sandroussi also released copies of his 2007-2008 and 2008-2009 budget recommendations to deal with the financial crisis.
