Action 4 News at Noon got a visit from a very unique visitor on Thursday.
Charlie Abrego with the Gladys Porter Zoo brought a Chinese alligator to the studio.
Chinese alligators are new to the zoo.
Abrego said Chinese alligators grow to a maximum of six feet compared to 16 or 17 feet for an American alligator.
Animals from the Gladys Porter Zoo are featured every Thursday during Action 4 News at Noon.
The Gladys Porter Zoo is located at 500 Ringgold Street in Brownsville.
