The Texas Department of Transportation launched its 11th Annual “Click It or Ticket” campaign on May 1st until June 3rd, including Memorial Day weekend.  Law enforcement around the state will be working overtime ticketing motorists who are not buckled up.  Ruby Martinez with TxDOT and Trooper Johnny Hernandez joined us this morning to talk more about the initiative.
