A Brownsville man is behind bars after being accused of having an inappropriate sexual relationship with a 13-year-old girl.

Brownsville police arrested 20-year-old Efrain Michael Sanchez on Thursday.

Investigators told Action 4 News that an anonymous person filled a compliant with police.

Sanchez allegedly confessed to sexual misconduct with the girl.

He is now charged with two counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child.
