Just because the Spring Break vacation is almost over, does not mean that the Texas Department of Transportation is slowing down patrol.

TxDOT is working in full force to make sure drunk drivers are staying off the road.

They have teamed up with local law enforcement to promote a month-long campaign, www.soberrides.org.

The campaign encourages adults who are intoxicated to find a sober ride home and for those who can legally drink, to know their limit.

With Spring Break all week long and St. Patrick’s Day on Sunday, authorities have been working over-time to patrol the roads.

Click on the campaign link to learn more. TxDOT says “buzzed” driving is drunk driving.
