The trial for an attorney named in the Abel Limas “cash for court favors” scandal is expected to begin in Corpus Christi on Monday.
Marc Rosenthal appeared for jury selection before U.S. District Court Judge Andrew Hanen in Corpus Christi on Thursday morning.
Rosenthal is accused of federal racketeering charges and bribery.
Judge Hanen moved the Austin-based attorney’s trial to Corpus Christi based on a request for a change of venue.
Rosenthal, who denies the allegations against him, remains free on bond.
