Rollover accident sends car plunging into resaca in Brownsville

Paramedics rushed a man to a hospital in Brownsville after a rollover accident where his car plunged into a resaca.

It all happened in a resaca off FM 802 and Coffeeport Road around 3 p.m. Friday.

Investigators confirmed that a man's vehicle ended up in the water.

It's not clear what caused the accident but paramedics took the driver to a local hospital for treatment and evaluation.

Action 4 News will provide more information as it becomes available.
