Two men are in custody following gunshots near an abandoned Donna home on Saturday.
The home is on Mile 9 ½ and Victoria Road and is an alleged stash house for drugs.
Nearby residents called police around 5:30 p.m. when they heard gunshots coming from the area.
Hidalgo County Sheriff’s Department responded to the scene.
The identities of the men who were taken into custody have not been released.
Hidalgo County Narcotics Unit is assisting in the investigation.
