The Rio Grande Valley Birding Festival is now approaching two decades of existence here at home. The event has had a huge impact on the valley and attracts tourist from all over the state.
Marci Fuller, with the festival, spoke more in depth about what you can expect from this event and how it's a unique experience for families.
The birding festival will be held in Harlingen beginning on Nov. 7 and will run through the end of that weekend.
