Authorities have made a second arrest in the case involving a man practicing dentistry without a license and sexually assaulting a teen patient.

Brownsville police arrested 38-year-old Lorena Moreno on a sexual assault charge on Wednesday.

Investigators told Action 4 News that Moreno took a 14-year-old girl to see 56-year-old Sergio Jefferson back on October 9th.

Jefferson allegedly ran an underground dental clinic out of a mobile home off Coffee Port Road.

The teen was at Jefferson's home to undergo a pregnancy exam and police said that's when the sexual assault happened.

Police say Moreno has a prior arrest for prostitution.

She remains in custody under $200,000 dollar bond.
