Authorities are looking for both the victim and the suspects after finding a bullet-riddled truck near the banks of the Rio Grande River just outside Roma.

It all happened off Lopez and Martinez Streets just after 6 p.m. Wednesday.

Starr County Sheriff's Office deputies are at the scene where investigators found an abandoned pickup truck with bullet holes and blood.

Investigators said there was nobody inside the truck and nobody at the scene.

Deputies are working to identify who may have been driving the truck and who may fired at it.

Action 4 News will provide more details as they become available.
