One of the men involved in the attacking and stabbing of Spring Breaker Derek Madrigal has been added to the "Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive" list.
Felix Velasquez has had a warrant out for his arrest since March from the South Padre Island Police Department for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and engaging in organized criminal activity.
Authorities had already arrested 11 men in San Antonio allegedly involved in the Spring Break stabbing.
Velasquez, along with the other 11 men, have ties to the Texas Mexican Mafia.
A graphic and disturbing video of the stabbing and beating that followed circulated on the Internet.
Madrigal spent weeks in the hospital but was released and sent home to make a full recovery.
Texas Crime Stoppers is offering a $7,500 cash reward for any information leading to Velasquez’ arrest.
The 30-year-old is 5’ 9” tall and 220 lbs. He has several tattoos on his body: “Felix” on his abdomen, a baby’s face on his left leg, a devils face on his upper left arm and a dragon on his upper right arm.
He was last known to have a San Antonio address.
