A Harlingen woman claims she fell victim to a scam after buying a motorcycle.
Sue Allene Furtado turned to Action 4 News for help back in March after getting the runaround from a guy who she says never delivered on his promises.
She is now taking legal action.
Furtado is seen in a picture with the motorcycle, all smiles when she made the deal to make payments on the 2009 Suzuki.
The total price was about $3,200 dollars.
The seller Raul Santana of Pharr didn't have the title but he told Action 4 News almost a month ago that he would get it and fix the bike that wasn't running and hand it over to her.
She says that never happened.
On Tuesday she filed a civil lawsuit against the seller, in the Cameron County Courthouse.
She is no longer interested in the motorcycle.
She just wants her money back.
