A Brownsville man is behind bars after being accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a 13-year-old girl.
Brownsville police arrested 34-year-old Noe Garces on an indecency with a child charge on Tuesday.
Investigators told Action 4 News that the allegations came forward last week.
Detectives talked to the 13-year-old girl and she told police that she was Garces’ girlfriend.
Garces allegedly admitted to being the 13-year-old girl’s boyfriend.
The Brownsville man remains in custody where he’s expected to be arraigned on Wednesday morning.
