Hundreds arrived to see Cirque Du Soleil’s touring act “Dralion.”

But for Jessie Montes it was something much more special.

The McAllen man said he had complications from a recent sugery and it's a miracle he's here to see the show.

"I was in a coma for almost two months…I almost died… flat-lined…,” Jessie said.

Bedridden for months, Jessie is now able to get around on a wheelchair.

It's the first time he's been out with his family in more than a year and it's all thanks to the click of a mouse.

Jessie won a pair of tickets on www.valleycentral.com back in February.

But when Action 4 News heard about his story, we got him extra tickets so he could take his whole family.

"My sister drove all the way down from Austin just to be here with us and to see the show," Jessie said. “It’s a pretty good event. It’s pretty special.”

Jessie said he and his family watch Action 4 News every night and they also follow us on Facebook.

He’s among 10 lucky viewers who got tickets to see Cirque Du Soleil.

"It’s a great opportunity to spend with my family and it’s thanks to Channel 4,” Jessie said. “You guys have been great with your giveaways.”

As the rest of crowd arrived to see the show, Jessie and his family got special seating so they could all sit together.

Cirque Du Soleil’s show “Dralion” continues at the State Farm Arena through Sunday.
