Women are bracing themselves for the lack of healthcare they could be facing. The cuts actually started last year when Governor Rick Perry slashed the family planning budget by millions. Kathryn Hearn, the Director of Communications at Planned Parenthood in Hidalgo County, joined us to discuss what these cuts mean to you.
