Edinburg Police are looking for two men involved in an overnight shooting at the Jaguars Gold Club in Edinburg.
Lt. Oscar Treviño told Action 4 News they responded to the gentlemen’s club on the 500 block of West University Drive at about 4 a.m., but when officers arrived the scene had cleared.
According to Lt. Treviño, officers contacted management and they confirmed the shooting.
After reviewing the surveillance tape, they determined two men were most likely shooting at each other outside the club.
One of the men then took off in a black SUV, while the other fled in a white pickup truck.
Treviño added that while the man in the SUV drove away, he drove the vehicle through a fence.
Officers recovered several .38 caliber casings at the parking lot of the club.
Jaguar’s Gold Club has been the target of multiple undercover stings by federal agents and Edinburg Police.
In early February, officers arrested an exotic dancer and the bouncer at the club for selling cocaine to undercover officers.
