McAllen child flashing suspect admits to other crimes

A flashing suspect arrested by McAllen police may have molested other children in Hidalgo County.

McAllen police arrested 26-year-old Maxwell Carr on an indecency with a child by exposure charge on Monday.

Investigators told Action4 News that Carr admitted to the crime and confessed to other incidents in Hidalgo County.

Police were able to track down Carr based on a tip.

Carr appeared before a McAllen municipal judge where he was issued a $50,000 dollar bond.

Public records show that Carr lives off Mile 20 North outside Edcouch but does not have a previous criminal record.

McAllen police are asking anyone with information about the other flashing or child indecency incidents to come forward.
