A Cameron County jury has found Kori Marra guilty of an ethics violation.
The Harlingen City Commissioner was on trial for failing to file an affidavit explaining a possible conflict of interest involving her downtown business before a September 2010 city commission meeting.
She was facing two counts, but was only found guilty of failing to file a conflict of interest affadavit.
Marra will be sentenced on November 21st.
She faces up to a year in jail and up to a $4,000 fine.
