The "Park Girl" of La Feria was released from the Ada County jail in Idaho Thursday night.
Early Friday morning, a deputy at the jail confirmed Joleigh Ares was no longer in their custody.
She is expected to be extradited to the Rio Grande Valley sometime next week.
The deputy would not say if Ares was released in order to be transferred to the Valley.
Ares has 8 felony warrants.
Ares is wanted for allegedly ripping off customers who purchased mobile homes from her, scamming them out of thousands of dollars.
Customers purchased or rented homes from her business in La Feria but claimed she failed to deliver some of the homes and delivered others in bad condition.
