Fugitive Finder: Alto Bonito Shooting Suspect Arrested

Texas Rangers have arrested a man wanted in a Alto Bonito driveby shooting in the Texas Panhandle.

Authorities found fugitive Daniel Bazan just north of Lubbock in Hale County on Monday.

Bazan is facing attempted capital murder charges for an August shooting in the Starr County of Alto Bonito.

The Starr County Sheriff's Office is still looking for the second suspect idented as Mario Peña.

Authorities report that Peña is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 195 pounds and has several tattoos.

Anyone with information on Peña's whereabouts is asked to call the Starr County Sheriff's Office at (956) 487-5571
