A Brownsville man is facing criminal charges after he allegedly had sexual contact with a teenage co-worker.
Brownsville police arrested 45-year-old Carlos Castillo on Friday morning.
Castillo is charged with two counts of sexual assault of a child.
Investigators told Action 4 News that Castillo and the teenage girl worked together at a fast food restaurant on the 2300 block of Boca Chica Boulevard.
Authorities did not say which resturant but confirmed a report was filed in late September and that the alleged crime took place at their workplace.
Detectives spoke to Castillo on Friday where he allegedly confirmed having sex with the girl.
Castillo appeared before a Brownsville municipal judge on Saturday morning but bond information was not immediately available.
