Ever since its construction in 2006, arguments for and against the border wall in the Rio Grande Valley have not let up.

State Senator Eddie Lucio, Jr. (D-27) of Brownsville listened as voters explained their concerns on the border wall.

Some living just south of the border fence but still in the U.S. said they feel forgotten and unprotected.
