Mold and caked-on food particles on kitchen equipment at an IHOP in Brownsville were exposed in photographs obtained exclusively by the Food Patrol.
The restaurant on 2430 Pablo Kisel scored 25 demerits on a health inspection report.
Kitchen cops ordered all chipped plates to be replaced and grease in the back area to be cleaned up.
Two other kitchens in the upper Valley were busted for dirty dining too.
One of them was at an adult day care center.
El Rinconcito on 207 Palmview Drive had its permit renewal request denied.
