A Mission woman is expected to be charged for participating in the June 2010 murder of her husband.

Mission police told Action 4 News that the woman is in custody and is expected to be arraigned at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Investigators said the woman is the wife of murder victim Reyes Garcia, who was killed during a deadly home invasion back in June 2010.

Garcia was in the backyard of his home with a friend when four armed men appeared and ordered him inside.

The men allegedly shot Garcia inside the home.

Reyes' wife and four children were inside the home at the time of the murder but they were not harmed.

Surveillance cameras caught the men on tape as they drove up and exited a vehicle.

The case was featured on the popular Action 4 News series "Fugitive Finder" back in June 2010.

Investigators now believe Reyes' wife participated in the murder.
