A Cameron County man is behind bars after he allegedly molested a high school girl who was walking on her way to school.

Cameron County Sheriff’s Department deputies arrested 35-year-old Javier Inclan-Lopez two counts of indecency with a child over the weekend.

Court records released Monday show that Inclan-Lopez offered to give a ride to a Laguna Heights girl who was walking to Port Isabel High School back in January.

The girl told deputies that she knew Inclan-Lopez by the nickname “Pikachu” and got in the truck.

The 35-year-old construction worker allegedly parked behind a building and attacked the girl – unbuckling her pants, pulling them down and molesting her.

The girl told deputies that she cried and fought with him but became exhausted and red in the face.

Inclan-Lopez allegedly stopped to put on a condom, exposing himself.

The girl said he kissed her on the neck, filling her nausea. She told deputies that she fought again and got away.

Court records show that the girl is currently housed at the International Education Services shelter for illegal immigrant children in Los Fresnos where she’s receiving help.

Deputies charged Inclan-Lopez with indecency with a child by contact and indecency with a child by exposure.

Inclan-Lopez appeared before Cameron County Magistrate Judge Luis Saenz on Monday morning where he was issued $80,000 dollars in bonds.

Jail records show that Inclan-Lopez also has a Border Patrol detainer, indicating that he may be in the United States illegally.
