Two Brownsville men are behind bars following an investigation, which led police to nearly 500 pounds of pot inside a mobile home.
Brownsville Police arrested Jabier Lozano, 39, and Reymundo Blanco, 18 on Monday afternoon.
A Crime Stoppers tip led them to their home at the 500 block Avenida del Sol, right next door to the Brownsville Doctors’ Hospital.
Investigators found 480 pounds of marijuana inside the two-bedroom home.
Police also found $2800 in cash inside one of two cars that were seized in the investigation.
Both Lozano and Blanco were arrested and charged with possession of marijuana.
Their bond was set at $60,000.
