Harlingen teens busted at party with alcohol, marijuana

A group of Harlingen teens spent early Sunday morning in the city jail following a party where they were allegedly caught with alcohol and marijuana.

The teens' names appeared on the Harlingen City Jail list on Sunday. Among the names were:

• Patrick Alexander Ulloa
• Nathaniel Webb
• Darian Reyes
• Ryan Moncivaiz
• Robert Garcia
• Michael Gonzalez
• Daniel Castro

All of them were charged with minors in possession of alcohol but Reyes and Castro were also charged with Class B misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

Under Texas state law, being a minor in possession of alcohol is a Class C misdemeanor punishable up to a $500 dollar fine.

Class B misdemeanor possession of marijuana is punishable up to six months in jail and a $2,000 dollar fine.
