Another man accused in a violent crime has been caught by the Action 4 News series Fugitive Finder.

Jose Hernandez allegedly hit a baby who was being held by another family member after he came home drunk one night.

Hernandez is also accused of hitting his wife.

Authorities say he then hopped into someone else’s Hummer SUV and rammed the vehicle into a home causing major damage.

Cameron County Sheriff's Department deputies reported that Hernandez was caught thanks to a tip in late June.
