If you like to hunt and fish or just enjoy the outdoors then the 20th annual Texas Hunters/Sportsman's Expo is the place to be.

This year's Expo is being held at the new McAllen Civic Center Friday, July 23 thru Sunday July 25th.

The show features guides and outfitters from across the United States, Canada, Mexico and Africa booking hunts for trophy whitetail deer and other big game animals.

And if you are a dove, quail, turkey or waterfowl hunter there will be plenty of opportunities to book trips.

Saltwater and freshwater anglers will also find a variety of expeditions to choose from.

There will also be a variety of manufactures and dealers offering everything from the latest hunting and fishing clothes to artwork and jewelry.

The expo is geared for the entire family with something for everyone. Children under 12 get free admission compliments of L&F Distributors and Academy Sports.

This sportsman's paradise will all be under one roof and if you are interested in hunting and fishing supplies, want to book that trip of a lifetime or would just like to stroll the grounds with your family, the 20th annual Texas Hunters/Sportsman's Expo is the place to be this weekend.

The doors open at the McAllen Civic Center on Friday at 5pm and close at 9pm.

Saturday hours are 10 to 7 and Sunday 11 to 6.

See you there!

With your Nature Report I'm Richard Moore.
