Hollywood actress and Corpus Christi native Eva Longoria Parker is expected to speak to students at UTPA.
College officials confirmed that Longoria Parker is coming as part of FESTIBA, the Festival of International Books and Arts.
The event is scheduled for March 27th
Longoria is scheduled as a speaker that evening.
The Hollywood TV star is a Texas A&M Kingsville graduate. She’s also married to San Antonio Spurs player Tony Parker.
Longoria is expected to speak about the important of reading and getting an education.
