LYFORD -- Speeders take a backseat to seatbelt and car seat violators in this week’s Streets of Speed. 

For the second time in less than a year, multiple drivers are caught breaking safety belt laws outside Lyford Elementary School. 

One father was even busted with a two-month old girl in the front of the vehicle.
