Javier Hernandez is wanted is wanted for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Robbery.

Brownsville police said Hernandez walked into Momentum Bazaar, a car lot, and test drove a vehicle on November 28, 2008.
When he and the victim returned to the office, Hernandez allegedly robbed the manager of $54,000 that was inside a money bag.

On February 7, 2009, at 3 a.m., Hernandez allegedly shot two men after an argument at The Speedy Stop located at 1725 International Blvd.

Hernandez shot six or seven times using a .380 caliber pistol.

Both men survived, but suffered serious injuries.

Hernandez was with another man and two women.

They left the gas station in a blue Chevy Tahoe.

Police said Hernandez is considered armed and dangerous and they believe he is in the U.S., possibly in Brownsville with family or friends.

Hernandez is described as a 36-year-old Hispanic man with brown eyes and brown hair.

He is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 190 pounds. Hernandez also goes by the nickname "El Choco."
