An undercover sting at a McAllen bar ended with the arrests of two people as well as the seizure of cocaine and more than $13,000 dollars in cash.

McAllen police told Action 4 News that officers arrested Jorge Alberto Ibarra and Alejandra Flores around 10 p.m. Thursday.

Investigators said the two were arrested at the Impala Players Club at 1300 South 23rd Street.

Officers seized 15 packages of cocaine and $13,619 dollars in cash during the undercover sting.

Police said authorities intend to file a forfeiture notice to take custody of the alleged drug profits.
