Restaurant owner speaks about 'dog tacos' hoax

An email circulating and claiming that tacos at a restaurant chain in Matamoros and Brownsville are made out of dog meat as been confirmed as a hoax. 

Tacos El Campeon owner Jose Pablo Guerra spoke to Action 4 News about the fraudulent email.

Guerra said the email is circulating all over Mexico and the the American side of the border.

He has a stern warning to other businesses who might fall victim too.
