Mission police are looking for an alleged burglar who broke into an Office Depot and walked away with $21,000 dollars in cash.

Officers arrived at the store located off East Expressway 83 after the alarm went off.

Police didn't find anyone inside but saw that the manager’s office had been broken into.

The burglars allegedly took off with about $21,000 dollars in cash as well as the entire security camera system.

"They took the unit,” said Mission Police Sgt. Jody Tittle. “It's a digital video recorder they just ripped it out of the wall--opened up the safe took the money out and left the petty cash there. They made it out through the back."

Anyone with information on the case is asked to call Mission Crime Stoppers at (956) 581-TIPS or (956) 581-8477.
