HARLINGEN, TEXAS -- Today's Pet of the Week is a Jack Russell Terrier male puppy who is 6-months-old.

His owner turned him in to the Harlingen Humane Society because the owner could no longer afford the dog.

Please give this dog a second chance.

Don't let him down again.
