HIDALGO COUNTY, TEXAS -- The Hidalgo County Sheriff's Department busted a ring of men posing as fake cops Thursday.

Deputies are still looking for more suspects.

They arrested Eduardo Varela and Rafael Saenz.

The men are accused of storming into a home north of Mercedes earlier this month and posing as FBI agents.

The suspects allegedly took a 2003 BMV.

Investigators said Varela and Saenz implicated five other men.

"Ricardo Guzman known as 'El Borrado' may be a former Mexican police officer who also had a district job to recruit illegal immigrants to participate in these home invasions," explained Sheriff Lupe Treviño.

Sheriff Treviño said all the wanted men are armed and dangerous.

Anyone with information on their whereabouts should call the Hidalgo County Crime Stoppers line at (956)668-TIPS.

Enough Already

Its funny to see that people are making this into a racial thing. The bottom line is that these types of rings are found all over the world, it's just more uncommon in the United States. I don't think that race predetermines this crime, or any other. Sometimes the best crime is the smart one, and these guys just had a leak in the ring... Sometimes the best crime is a quick and thoughtless one... I'll leave those choices up to the criminals. The problem now becomes restoring the faith with the community when an officer is involved. I know I am already a skeptic with all the cartel problems going on here. Low pay is creating more opportunity for cartels to operate in the Valley. Raise wages and benefits, and you'll get more qualified, honest help. 7.55 isn't paying any bills or creating a scenario where citizens can ENJOY life.

As opposed to White American culture which is what? Have a meth lab in your double wide with your children covered in roaches, or teach your kids the "values" of white power bred by hate and fear? Take your pick, sir. Not all of us are under 5'5" and push lawnmowers for a living.

Mexican culture is seeping into the United States and what does Obama do? Removes almost 400 Border Patrol agents from the US/Mexican border to put on the Canadian border, leaving hundreds of miles of the southern border exposed. And a hint as to where these fellas may be found: Mexico. Hello?
