BROWNSVILLE, TEXAS -- A Brownsville teenager remains in critical condition after someone hit him on the head with a metal pipe.
Brownsville police are looking for John Albert Martinez.
Police believe Martinez had an argument with the teen and beat the kid with a pipe as a result.
"He was able to talk to the police officers and then he was able to go home," explained Sgt. Jimmy Manrrique. "Now he's in critical condition. Head injuries are very complicated. Any sort of force to the head needs to be looked at and paid close attention."
Martinez is also accused of hitting another person on the head with a bottle.
