MCALLEN -- The 19th annual hunters and sportsman expo wrapped up Sunday in McAllen.

The expo had over 250 exhibits from all over the world. People in attendance learned about the latest in hunting and fishing gear.

The event had a little something for everybody, from camp cookware to a snake pit where snake wranglers showed off some of the valley's deadliest snakes.

"It's like coming over to a new world and watching everything that's going on with wildlife,” said expo participant David De La Garza. “You get to know about taxidermy, fishing equipment, hunting equipment."

Over a thousand guests were in attendance, and event organizers tell action 4 that next year’s expo will even bigger and better.
