As you know, the Food Patrol awards coveted "Top Performer" sticker to clean Rio Grande Valley restaurants that get zero demerits on their health reports.
But the Food Patrol went step further and compiled a list of the dirty dining with the Valley's "Low Performers".
The Low Performers list has the restaurant's name, address, number of demerits and the violations:
