School bus driver Ramiro Saldivar is the first person busted by the Speedzapper in 2009.

A Raymondville ISD school bus driver became the first person busted for speeding in 2009.

The Speedzapper clocked the lead-footed bus driver going 25 mph in a 15 mph school zone outside Pittman Elementary School.

But the bus driver wasn't the only person caught speeding through the school zone.
